Well what can I say...It was fun. I took a weekend off from gwg to go on my class trip (note: I'm from a private school so my class isn't really all that big). It's kinda funny to take a trip to a neighbor island (yes im from the Island of Oahu in Hawaii.). My class trip took us to the Island of Hawaii (aka. The Big Island as we Hawaii people call it..and yes there is an island called Hawaii in the state of Hawaii

). Well Mercury Angel and King (among others) wanted me to take a few pictures so heres a few to sum up my trip:

^First Day We landed in Kona and did a bit of walking around.

^later that afternoon we took a cruise to Kealakekua Bay to do some swimming, snorkeling, etc. and had dinner on the ship as well.

^Second Day we took a long bus-ride around the southern coast of The Big Island and near the southern tip we took a little pit-stop at an authentic black-sand beach (black-sand is basicly sand..but lava rock instead of regular rocks..)

^By about 1:00 P.M. we reached Volcanoes National Park and saw this pretty volcano.

^On the Last day (3rd day) of our trip we visited Akaka Falls. We hiked down a trail through a rain forest to reach the look-out station.

^About an hour before we left we took a group picture in Lili'uokalani Park in Hilo.

Well..there were a lot more pictures but these were the ones that I figure people would like to see

Now that I'm back I guess I'll be on my way to killing threads.

GRRR!! That seems so fun... I hate you. I'm stuck in the dorm all weekend cause we dont have bus runs. (freshman, aka NO DRIVING ALLOWED)

Don't think so

It rained for 40 days straight before our trip (rain let up about a week before)

hehe, heard about that. it'd seem like God's messing with our heads or something.

but, 40 days of rain would really suck. i like rain and all, but 40 is pretty extreme.

Well im glad ya had fun

Our senior trip was stupid...It was an educational trip to charleston, SC - going to musems and looking at history. Out of about 350 seniors we have 35 go...I didn't go beacuse i didn't want to waste 1000 dollars to go learn about history when im about to get out of high school.

I didnt have a senior trip back in high school... The school board decided that the class before mine would be the last class to go to Florida and Disney... We boycotted everything else they wanted to suggest. So we ended up going to Six Flags Great America for the last day and I ended up breaking my glasses in half.
